Access to Technical Support

Atecresa ofrece un servicio técnico online a los clientes que decidan contratar el servicio de mantenimiento. Para ello se ha habilitado en la parte derecha el botón «Servicio Técnico», a través del cual se podnrá en contacto directo con el departamento técnico de Atecresa.

To access this support you only have to click on the button and a menu will appear where you can connect directly with the different operators. Once the operator is selected, you will connect with our technical department and you can enter your doubts through a direct chat with the technicians.

Automatically, the technical department will take the controls of your terminal and proceed to solve the problem you have, allowing you to also communicate through the chat with the department, thus solving any problem that arises and minimizing any possible inconvenience caused.
