Access to Technical Support

Atecresa offers an online technical service to customers who decide to hire maintenance service. For this purpose, the "Technical Service" button has been enabled on the right hand side, through which you can directly contact the technical department of Atecresa.

To access this support you only have to click on the button and a menu will appear where you can connect directly with the different operators. Once the operator is selected, you will connect with our technical department and you can enter your doubts through a direct chat with the technicians.

Automatically, the technical department will take the controls of your terminal and proceed to solve the problem you have, allowing you to also communicate through the chat with the department, thus solving any problem that arises and minimizing any possible inconvenience caused.
