Structure of the Database
In this scheme you have to establish what will be the main groups and families that your business will have. To do this, let's look at the structure of the articles in Ategest:
- GROUPS OF FAMILIES: A group is a group of families of similar nature. It will be composed of as many families as the user decides.
- ARTICLE FAMILIES: Families are groups of articles of similar nature. In turn, each family must be associated with a particular group.
- ARTICLES: Each article will be associated with a specific family.
Practical example: In a supermarket we can find ourselves before the group "Vinos" that will be made up of the families "Vinos Tintos", "Vinos Rosados" and "Vinos Blancos", and within each family we will find the articles.
