The Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Spain, together with the Chamber of Commerce of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, have launched the TICCámaras Program within the framework of the Smart Growth Operating Program for the 2014-2020 programming period , being co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Island Council of Tenerife, by the Chamber of Commerce of Spain and by the participating company.
- The maximum amount of the project will be € 7,000.
- Up to 90 days to execute it.
- The entire project is paid first
- 85% eligible.
- The deadline to pay the eligible part is until December.
- Before executing the project, the Camera makes a Free diagnosis about the use of the TIC of 2 weeks to the client.
- The eligible products are only those belonging to software.

(Completed) Subsidy on Investment of Small and Medium Enterprises - 2016
The Ministry of Economy, Industry, Trade and Knowledge of the Government of the Canary Islands offers grants for new projects in companies of new creation (generating employment) or already existing (with 1 or more employees), in order to increase the productivity and competitiveness of the same. Atecresa, is presented thus, as a specialized provider.
Amount of subsidy
Intensity of aid on the fundable budget: between 20-45-55%, the subsidy can not be less than 1,500 €, nor more than 60,000 €. The beneficiary must contribute at least 25% (subject to mínimis). Project Limit, eligible budget (excluding audit): between € 7,500 and € 109,090. Mandatory audit, up to € 600, eligible for 100%. The payment of the subsidy will be justified, after the execution and justification.
Until June 15, 2016.
Execution: covers from January 1, 2016 to Thursday, November 10, 2016. Justification: Thursday, November 10, 2016, except for the audit, which has 7 extra calendar days. Possibility of requesting extension for execution and justification.

ORDER of May 12, 2016, approving the regulatory bases of the call for grants for investment projects of small and medium-sized companies in the Canary Islands. Call: EXTRACT of the Order of May 21, 2016, by which are convened for 2016 the procedure for granting subsidies to investment projects of small and medium-sized companies in the Canary Islands.
Eligible action (type projects)
A) Creation of a company.
B) Improve the productivity and competitiveness of an existing company. For types A and B, the eligible expenses are:
a) Formation and first establishment expenses (limit € 6,000).
b) Equipment assets, understanding the necessary equipment to develop the activity.
c) Intangible investments: software
d) Conditioning of premises (limit € 16,000).
C) Support for innovation in the technological, organizational and business management areas:
C.1. Realization of Technological Development Projects applied, covering from the creation of the new product or process, the experimental tests and trials necessary for its realization and the elaboration of prototypes (non-commercialized) prior to the start of the industrial and commercial exploitation. It must involve the creation or substantive improvement of a production process and / or product.
C.2. Support for Implementation, Technological Certification and Certification in accordance with UNE 166.001 standards - R & D & I projects and UNE 166.002 - R & D & I Management Systems and the implementation and Certification of Environmental Management Systems (UNE Standard -EN-ISO 14001), Quality Management Systems (Standard UNE-EN-ISO-9001), Business Excellence EFQM and Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001 Standard).
For Type C, the eligible expenses are:
a) Tangible or intangible investments.
b) External collaborations.
c) Expenses of internal technical personnel, contribution group 1 or 2 (excluding employer's contribution of the SS).

(Completed) Innobonos- 2016
Innobonos is a program to support innovation and entrepreneurship for SMEs through small grants (innovation bonds). These bonds are aimed at acquiring services associated with consulting, development and implementation activities. The costs of acquisition, rental / temporary maintenance of hardware and software elements that are required are not included. The maximum amount of the subsidy will be 70% of the cost of the project (without IGIC, equipment, licenses, ...) being 20,000 € the maximum amount. When the project budget exceeds € 18,000 you have to ask for 3 offers before selecting the supplier.

- Can you apply for bonuses to purchase equipment?
No, hardware and software are not eligible expenses.
- When should you request two more offers from suppliers?
In the event that the eligible costs of the project exceed 18,000 euros.
- How are the subsidies charged?
The technological bonds (innobonos) will be paid directly to the bank account of the beneficiary once the project has been properly justified: paid the total amount to the supplier in due time, and delivering the corresponding documentation of justification (Base 19: supporting documents of expenses, memory, etc.). ).
The payment of the subsidy can not be made as long as the beneficiary is not up to date in fulfilling his tax obligations and SS. It is possible to request the endorsement of the payment to the supplier after the acceptance of the aid, with the approval of the supplier, and to deliver the endorsement as proof of payment.
- What if I do not have time to finish the project in 90 days?
You can request an extension of deadlines, provided that it is submitted within the deadlines of execution and is conveniently justified. In the event that the ACIISI does not grant the corresponding extension, only the activities and payments made within the term will be taken into account, being able to proceed to the rejection of the justification or its reduction.
- I have been granted the help and I have decided not to carry out the project, what should I do?
If the acceptance letter has already been submitted, you must submit a waiver. If the express acceptance has not been presented, it is not necessary to do anything, since your request will be considered abandoned.
